When I began the Countdown Program none of my clothes fit me and I had no energy. The first week of the program was very challenging for me. I was hungry and had a dull headache. Once the hunger and headache subsided I felt very satisfied. The combination of the short course of medication, protein, low carbs and no sugar left me feeling full, satisfied and energetic.
